I am a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics at IIT Bhubaneswar. My research broadly lies in the field of Probability Theory, and over the past years, I have been working in Random Matrix Theory (RMT). I am particularly interested in pursuing interdisciplinary research areas such as Neural Networks, where mathematical tools from RMT can be effectively applied.
In addition to research, I am passionate about integrating modern technology into teaching. I am currently developing a web application for the probability theory–related courses. The application features content in basic probability (mostly non-measure-theoretic), dynamic exercises, auto-graded quizzes, AI-assisted solutions, and a variety of interactive simulations and animations. It is freely available on my teaching page.
I am also an active member of the NGO Fair Field Excellence, which provides educational facilities to underprifileged children.
